I've had some news for a while now, but didn't want to jinx things. We're finally at the point where I think it's going to happen so I'm going to spill the beans...........
Yep, after being on the market almost two weeks, much negotiation, counter-offers, a home inspection, leaking roof, another counter-offer, much mulling on our part, several more showings, a higher offer from someone who didn't have bank approval (and was hiding his income so he didn't have to pay back child support - scumbag!) we renegotiated again with the original people, and it appears to be a done deal. The were even over with their roofer this week picking out new shingles (we offered to repair the leaking valley, they wanted a new roof - we compromised - although personally, I think 2 new valleys would have bought them another 5 years with the existing roof).
Yeah! August 1 will be the last time I make 2 house payments. WooooWhooooo!!!!!

I was starting to think that spilling the beans meant John was going to have a sister or brother. Oh well, I can dream can't I?. It must be the Klonopin. Congratulations on the sale.
LOL Mom! You know your next grandkid will be of the four-legged variety; although with John's love of all things that say "meow", I might be forced to go that route if little dog will allow it. Bring on the Zyrtec.
